Despite existing legal protections, domestic violence remains a serious concern in India, with many survivors facing challenges in accessing timely protection and justice.

The Indian Lawyers Association (ILA), in association with Majlis Legal Centre, is organizing a Joint National Webinar bringing together legal professionals and women's rights advocates to examine the effectiveness of domestic violence laws, challenges in implementation, and the reforms needed to strengthen survivor protection.
