Navneet S. Chugh is the Chairman of Chugh, LLP founded in 1985. He is an Attorney-at-Law, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a MBA from USC, and is a graduate of Senior Executive Leadership Program from Harvard University.
Chugh, LLP provides corporate, tax, litigation, immigration, employment, media & entertainment, M & A, and business strategy & coaching services to emerging growth and mature companies. Chugh, LLP has a staff of 650 employees with 184 attorneys and CPAs (www.chugh.com).
Mr. Chugh was the founder president of South Asian Bar Association of Southern California (SABA) in 1995; TiE Southern California in 1997; SABA North America in 2003 (SABANA has 27 chapters representing over 10,000 Indian lawyers in the U.S. and Canada); International Indian Bar Association (IIBA) in 2006; and Indian Lawyers Association in 2017 (ILA – with 100 chapters in India representing 1.3 million lawyers).
He is on the board of HAB Bank, Dhandho Holdings, Pratham USA, 1947 Partition Archives, and newspaper India Journal. He has served on the boards of TiE Global, American India Foundation (AIF), Ignify Consulting (sold to Hitachi), Sikh Center of OC, India Community Center (Silicon Valley), and Asia Society. He is a member of U.S. India Business Council (USIBC), Indiaspora, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
He is married to Ritu Chugh, who is a professor. Their two kids are Veeraj and Sabrina.

Currently he is the Indian Representative of Human Rights & Democracy Network of the youth division at the Commonwealth Secretariat. He has recently announced a grant of USD 15000 for young entrepreneurs/start-ups at World Investment Forum organized by United Nations Conference on Trade & Development at UN Headquarters in Geneva. He is a regular speaker & invitee to various international forums related to human rights, entrepreneurship, trade & investment and climate change. He is also the Co-Chair of India – UK Legal Exchange Programme.

During his student years at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he had the opportunity to work with an interesting cross-section of lawyers, ranging from divorce and criminal lawyers in the lower courts to Advocates General in the High Courts and Mr. Arun Jaitley in the Supreme Court of India.

Rajashree Rajasekaran is presently associated with Chugh, LLP, founded in 1985 in US. She has been educated in law with preferential post-graduation LL.M from New York University  towards the focused domain of International Arbitration superseding her B.A. LL.B [Hons] Degree with the University rank and Gold Medal for Academic Excellence from NUALS [Kochi] and preceded by her whole gamut of schooling in Bishop Cotton Girls’ School, Bengaluru.
To her credit, she has internships with Samvad Partners and in Supreme Court of India under the tutelage of Chief Justice (Retd.) M.N. Venkatachaliah and then Chief Justice of India P. Sathasivam, Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer and Justice A.K. Ganguly and Senior Advocates Mr. Ram Jethmalani and Mr. K.K. Venugopal.
She has represented her alma mater in many national and international Moot Court Competitions fetching laurels of individual Championships and Rolling Cups collectively. She was a studentmember on the Academic Council and Governing Committee of NUALS[Kochi].
Her professional interests include legal research on contemporary challenges to jurisprudence for dynamic competence and publication of practical law articles on various disciplines including Constitutional Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She was the student-editor of in-house journals, periodicals of repute and commemorative souvenirs of law of different hues. Her article, during her studies, for the Right to Euthanasia, which has gained legalistic traction in India now, was nationally well-acclaimed and published along with contributions of legal luminaries and jurists in V.R. Krishna Iyer’s Centenary Birthday Festschrift. She is on the guest faculty of distinguished academic institutions of law in India, lecturing on the complex matrix of
evolving domestic legal disputes and inventive solutions in the global perspective.
Sumes Dewan is the corporate and securities lawyer with a broad range of experience in M&A transactions, Private Equity, banking & finance and Hospitality sector with over twenty two (22) years’ experience.
